Don Strong is a producer/writer and performer in Pop, R&B, Americana, Cinematic Score, World Music and Jazz. In 2016, Don produced “Things You Cannot Measure” by singer-songwriter Dave Dvorak, and “89” by Mayyada Major, as well as the the 16-track studio CD “Let Them Sing” for Songwriters Circle / Twin Cities.

Film

Don Strong was born and raised in New York City. In 1988, Strong created a film score at the request of Joe Rosado, a graduate film student/director at New York University’s prestigious MFA program. Their subsequent collaboration on the film “King’s Road” won the coveted grand prize at the Mobil Film Festival and gave Strong a first-hand taste of what powerful artistic expression is possible with cinema.
